COVID-19 RESPONSE

Posted by on

As we have grown our business in Idaho Falls and the surrounding areas, we have had the honor to get to know you and your families. You have been generous and kind to us as our business has grown and changed since we began in 2004. As we move into temporary uncertainty with the development of COVID-19, we want to make sure that you are cared for.

Out of gratitude, we want to offer ourselves in this way:

We realize that many of you may be more vulnerable to illness and/or are caretakers of those who are. If you find yourself in need of necessary items, or help, would you please let us know? Our crews travel all over South East Idaho and are willing to lend a hand or drop off necessities where needed. We feel that this is a small way that we can love you, our neighbors, during this time, but a tangible way that we can meet your needs as we grapple with our new temporary normal. We want you to be cared for and remind you that you are not alone in any of this.

In regards to your landscape and lawn care needs:

We plan to continue scheduled services as usual. If we feel unwell or if this needs to change, we promise to tell you and not come onto your property. Our employees are all taking special measures to not contract or spread the virus. Including cleaning procedures, staggered crew start times, no sharing of crew vehicles, on commercial sites crews may be reporting directly with their own vehicles, and many more. We want to care for your health, as well as your property.

According to the Statewide Stay-Home Order updated March, 25th 2020 by Governor Brad Little’s office Outback Landscape and our subsidiaries services fall under the list of Essential Services and Businesses including, but not limited to Landscaping, Extermination, Commercial Construction, and Public Works Construction.

What we can do:

For years Outback Landscape has positioned itself as an industry leader in utilizing technology whenever possible to leverage our business. Our teams are all still fully functional and we are designing projects, estimating projects, providing all lawn care and maintenance proposals online, including site measurements etc. We’re available to look at projects remotely, communicate via FaceTime, email, text, whichever is easiest for you, and you are most comfortable with. Let us know how we can work with you to keep your projects on schedule and homes and properties maintained.

We are thankful that we get to serve you by doing the things that we enjoy. We promise to wash our hands and lend them out to those in need.
