How did you find your job at Outback? He was working in the concrete industry when a friend who worked at Outback encouraged him to apply

Hobbies: Swimming; soccer; riding his four wheeler; spending time with his family and his six siblings who also live in the area.

 Outback operations manager Tyler Washburn knew him from working construction together years ago and suggested him for a job as a crew member.

gardening, hiking, fishing, puzzles, games. A huge horror movie fan, he watches 30 horror movies every October, ending on Halloween with “Nightmare Before Christmas,” a not-so-scary flick he can watch with his kids. He’s seen “It” 15 times.

How did you find your job at Outback? He started Outback Landscape as a teen, after years hanging out and working at his parents’ landscaping business

Hobbies: Flying planes (he got his pilot’s license in 2016); travel; cooking ribeye steaks and Brussels sprouts, shrimp scampi and chicken schnitzel; talking to friends in industry peer groups

How did you find your job at Outback? A friend from college was leaving Outback for graduate school and recommended Kirk apply to replace him

Hobbies: Catching trout on the Snake River, volleyball, tennis, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, snowboarding

How did you find your job at Outback? The job found him. His wife is friends with the wife of Outback owner Chase Coates. When the residential construction industry took a hit during the recession and Tyler had little work, Chase offered him a job installing irrigation systems. He worked his way up to operations manager.

Hobbies: Mountain biking, ( “I love the adrenalin of it.”) backpacking, fishing. Last summer she and her husband traveled to Alaska to fish.

How did you find your job at Outback?
When he saw a job posting on for an account manager at Outback, he applied and was hired in 10 minutes.

“I love anything outdoors. Hiking, backpacking, camping, fishing.” You’ll often find him in the mountains on his motorcycle or four wheeler.

Family: Four kids —  Bailey, 18; Sariah, 17; Ryan, 14; Dallin, 12.
